Yes, we ship worldwide! We work with reliable courier companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep, wherever you are.

Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within the EU typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer 5–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. For example, if you place an order after working hours on Friday, it will be dispatched on Monday. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes — if you change your mind and are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you received, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted or refunded.

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after receiving return confirmation from our team.

To qualify for a 100% refund, items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging (customs fees, if applicable, are non-refundable).

You may open the box to check the color, model, or size — this will not affect your return eligibility.

If the item has been assembled, used, or original tags have been removed, up to 80% of the original price may be refunded.

We reserve the right to apply a deduction if returned items show visible wear, damage, or misuse.

Return shipping and any customs fees are not covered by us and must be paid and arranged by the customer.

Items must be sent directly to our warehouse (not to a drop-off/collection point).

Yes, all Lumbary products are covered by a limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects, provided the product has been used according to its intended purpose and in line with our Terms of Use.

The warranty period varies by product category:

• Balance Bike 3in1 and its add-ons — 5-year warranty
• Soft Play Blocks — 12-month warranty
• All other products (e.g., toys, furniture like learning towers, etc.) — 2-year warranty
